There is a refundable deposit of $150.The renting party is responsible for clean up the space. The funds will be refunded upon completion of event and inspection of space by MCC staff member.
Pricing is based on half day/full day rental. Half day = 4hrs or less. Full day = 5hrs or more. Max is 8hrs.

- Gym- $125/$250
- Fireside room- $75/$150
- Kitchen- $75/$150
- Cafe- $75/$150
Table and chair rental requires a fee of $250 up to 200 chairs and 30 tables. MCC will make tables and chairs accessible, but renting party must setup.
There is an addiitonal fee for a technical person from MCC to run any of the tech in the applicable spaces. Subject to details of event.
Wifi is available upon request. (all spaces except gym)
A certificate of liability with Motor City Church International, 3668 Livernois Rd, Troy, MI 48083 as additional insured (2,000,000 aggregate, 1,000,000 per occurrence) must be submitted.
