In the Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ, along with the ministers, trustees, deacons and membership, I welcome you to the Historic Motor City Missionary Baptist Church ("Motor City Church") Website.
The Lord has great things in store for his people and his children in the upcoming year 2010. We have a the great commission to perform as instructed by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19-20:
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
This is and has always been the primary mission of the ministry at the Historic Motor City Missionary Baptist Church. It is our desire to be obedient unto God. Our doctrine: Live by the instructions and teachings of the Word of God, as it is absolute in its authority, inerrant in its content and complete in its revelation.
